Years of varied experiences have enabled me to take the basic user-centred design process and adapt it to ever-shifting circumstances: tight deadlines, pivots, new insights, and changing priorities.

I’m passionate about uncovering insights from users, data, and business to inform solutions that drive the team towards measurable results. I love to speak to customers and uncover the unsaid.

My relationship-first approach is based on educating the team on the value of design activities and how it drives business objectives, team cohesion, and product strategy while respecting engineering considerations.

I’m a proactive designer who thrives in a team that values high performance and producing results. I get energized by goals and seeing the impact of solutions.

Opportunistic innovator

I have a mind that’s constantly generating new ideas on projects I touch. I’m always looking for any opportunity to contribute an innovation, whether it’s a small pattern upgrade or a blue-sky design.

Me out of office

My weekly routine consists of being with my communities spanning different interests: 🌳 personal development, 🔮 esoterica, 💞 volunteering, ⚔️ martial arts, and ☯️ meditation.

When I’m not doing any of those, you can find me with my family and friends being a goofball. The things that bring me joy are 🍗 fried chicken, 🏝 beaches, 🎧 music, and 💗 connecting with people.
